Why do I run:  I run because one day I will be called upon to chase down a bank robber and I don't want to embarrass myself. Plus most days I really, really would rather sit on the couch and watch TV and doing things you don't want to do builds character. Why I started running:  I ran because I wasn't going to get married fat and running seemed like the most miserable activity I could do to lose weight. That was 18 months ago and I'm still going.
