Why do I run: 
Time with God. Therapy. Thinking time. Running is more about who I am when I finish than who I am when I start.
Why I started running: 
Ran track in High School. Got my first real coaching in the Marine Corps. Learned to love running after my kids were born and I needed time to think about my priorities.
