Why do I run:
I think about... the way i will feel after, my dead legs, the endophin high, the easier i'll sleep at night, the better toned legs and abs, the rush of the wind in my face, sun on my skin, the calories i burn, the cake i can eat when i get back, that cute running hottie that i run into sometimes, how good water feels when it drenches my mouth, the friends i make, the miles adding up, the post-workout massage, new shoes to replace my worn out ones, and the most important, the smile on my face after a great run...good luck, never quit, never give up!!
