About me:  I am just another ordinary guy. I have a great wife and two girls that put up with my OCD tendencies. Why do I run:  Because I am hooked on the way I feel after I complete a good run. Why I started running:  In 2004 I played a round of tennis doubles with three other guys that were all five or more years older than me. I thought I was going to die. That's when I decided I had better start turning things around.
