About me:  I like languages, travelling, reading and champagne! :-) Why do I run:  It keeps me happy and healthy, reduces stress, improves performance at work and also helps to keep me toned. Why I started running:  I like to keep healthy and fit and it was a good alternative to the gym, particularly when I need to fit exercise into a busy schedule.
