Why do I run: (1) Burns more calories than sleeping in on Saturday mornings.
(2) To go for PRs and AG awards.
(3) So I can age into a BQ when I'm 60
(4) So I can take pictures on the Pacific Coast Highway without dodging cars. (BSIM 2008!)

Why I started running: To see if I could do a 5k in 30 minutes or less.
