About me: 
I was pretty serious about my running through about 1977 and had run some pretty good times (under an hour for 12 miles) - than I took about 10 years where I ran just off & on. But I love to run - so I started up again but I'm nowhere near as fast.
Why do I run: 
I love the solitude.
Why I started running: 
I started running because I was good at it - now it always helps me think, relax - it's usually the best part of my day.
