Why do I run:  I run mostly for my head. It calms me down, organizes my thoughts and gives me a generally pleasant outlook on things...guess it's like natural prozac for me! Oh yeah, and it seems to be the only way I can control my cholesterol without drugs. Why I started running:  Fear! When I turned 40 my Dr. told me I needed to make some changes...so I did.
