About me:  I am currently the Head Cross Country and Track coach at Union College. My life revolves around the running. I love it, what can I say? Why do I run:  I prefer to seek success and fail, than to stop short of the quest. Running takes you places. Why I started running:  My mom made me because she thought I would enjoy it and she knew I would be good. At least I enjoy it.
