I have 4 grown children. The oldest is a professional water skier. The other 3 are triplets. I also have 3 grandchildren, 2 boys 1 girl. I've been married for 34 years.
Why do I run: 
Running has given me something of my own. I have always been someone's wife or mother but this is for me.
Why I started running: 
My doctor suggested I excercise for stress relief. I began walking but soon decided I would try running.
