About me:  My name is Chip. I am a 27 year old active duty Sailor in the United States Navy stationed at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. I've been in the Navy for fouryears and plan on staying in for at least twenty years. Why do I run:  I run for health and to keep my pulse rate low. Plus, i work with the Marine Corps...i don't really have a choice. Just kidding...i'd still run anyway. Why I started running:  I started running cross-country in high school. I admit that the reason I started running was to get in shape for soccer season. I don't play soccer anymore, but running clears my mind and helps me sort things out.
