Why do I run:
I have no idea. I'm not built for it, I never stuck to exercise before, and, at my best, I did 9 minute miles. It just nags at me. |
Why I started running:
I like to eat, so I made myself a deal: Run and you can eat. Don't run and it's diet time, again. I hate to diet. |
