About me:  I work and I run, and when I have time I snowboard and explore Japan all that I can. I love being a Gaijin. Why do I run:  To stay in shape and stay sane. It gives me something healthy and worthwhile to do during time I would probably otherwise be wasting. Why I started running:  To lose weight and get in shape. =)
