Glad to see your report Tim, I was just about to send an email to make sure you were still among the living. You said you had a ton of fun and met some great people, that equals success in my book. The rest is just details. Seventy degrees is certainly way outside of my ideal range, that sounds like great weather for sitting at the hotel's outdoor bar but not so great for running. Bonus HTFU points for running while melting, I have to add my "nice dude -- NICE". Ever since I read rockenmamof5 's Steamtown Race Report it has been on my radar. It's one of my favorite race reports, the kind that makes you want to fill out an application and drop it in the mail. It won't be this year, but I hope to get there someday.

good job breaking 4 hours. Just wondering, are all your runs around 8-9 min? I noticed your long runs are the same speed also. how does that make your legs feel?
Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. (Heb. 12:1b) Mile by Mile
