I second the hot shower. I make it as spa-like as I can. I also enjoy hot peppermint Epsom salt foot soaks. And gardening. Something about running and then working in the garden makes me feel so grounded and content.
Shower beer, followed by a nap. Then the rest of the day, I try to keep moving so I don't stiffen up.

I've got a fever...
Shower Beer is indeed my favorite, but I did come up with a new one recently. The idea is to do the following things simultaneously:
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
Pix, or it didn't happen.
+1
Don't think I didn't try...
Sounds like a lot of work, frozen Dixie cup on hamstring, ice pack on left knee, whilst standing in a bucket of freezing cold water, AND watching a porno on my iPad. I prefer a 6'er of something micro brewed and bowl of green.
