advice for Sunday half (Read 485 times)

I'm looking for some last minute advice about pace. I am racing a hilly half on Sunday. My PR was set in December, 1:36:57 on a relatively flat course. I have done 6 workouts in the last 4 weeks on a very hilly course. If you check my log, you can see splits on some of those workouts. They are the west guth workouts. I have an idea about pace but would like some advice.

I'm leaving in the morning. Someone has to have an opinion. Jake, Jim, whoever.

Sorry crb, I didnt see this before. We're right in the same ballpark for PRs.

Nice job on the PR. I wish I could have given you some advice before but I am kind of in the same boat thinking about pacing for a HM next weekend. But given that you PR'ed on a hilly course, I would say you handled it pretty well.
