After almost two years of struggling with achilles tendinosis I'm back on my feet I guess you could say. I spent a few months in a brace and a year on a treadmill running until the pain struck trying to get better and I really had no hope. With great physical therapists who motivated me and put tons of care into my injury I can now get back to where I was before I got hurt. Makes me really happy that I've lost 32 pounds as well

Wonderful job. Keep that up and you'll exceed where you used to be.

Great job hanging in there, and being patient. A lot of people would have thrown in the towel. You are a winner - and now ready to take off. I know there are lots of physical therapists out there who are great. Mine told me that 95% of his patients don't follow his advice enough, but you must have. Happy come back. Woods lady
