Brooks Ghost 8 Review (Read 58 times)

SMART Approach

I have been a big fan of the Brooks Ghost over the years. I wear orthotics so this neutral shoe has always worked well and fit me well. I was not quite as happy with the Ghost 6 vs the Gost 5 and even less happy with the Ghost 7 but they were both still solid.

The Ghost 8 is a significant upgrade in my opinion. I the think the toe box is a bid wider which I like for my bunion. The mid foot actually fits better too. I do believe the cushioning is slightly enhanced also. It is responsive and just feels good on the road. It gives you a solid shoe with cushioning without being real heavy.  It is an all around excellent upgrade to a popular model.
