              A couple of my pasta dishes...

               

              First off, a nice hearty lasagna, ready for the oven, made with veggies from the garden and grass fed, organic beef from a local rancher...

               

               

              Another one of my "in demand" signature dishes...My very own Spicy "Not For The Timid" Pasta Salad. This is a definite crowd pleaser and is very low in fat but oh so flavorful...

                    Grilled Skirt Steak in a Balsamic Marinade alongside sauteed french green beans w/ shallots in coconut oil and butter, and Yukon Gold potatoes w/ garlic, onions, and peppers.

                      Tonight's dinner consisted of one of my favorite sandwiches...The Monte Cristo. It was accompanied by a delicios mixed green salad in a light and zesty balsamic viniagrette...
