Garmin 205 Display Size Question? (Read 452 times)

RevDog

Very interested in the 205. But, I'm 47 and my eyes are not what they were. Am concerned I will not be able to read the display without my glasses. And, I don't run with my glasses. So, anyone no how easy to read the display is? Thanks in Advance, Bryan Revling
If you only use one Data Field per view (there are a total of 3 view that it will scroll through), I can usually see it very well. If I try to put two items per data field (such as average pace and pace for last mile), I can no longer see it. Obviously, all our eyes are different. Mine are fine for running without glasses, but trying to read the race results on the wall, forget it: one big blur. I am getting farsighted in my old age. I am going to try contact lenses just for running so I can see more views on the Garmin and read my results afterwards.
