Tuesday running? (Read 684 times)

    I ran a tempo 5 k at 24:40 and then slowed down a kept going another 3.5 at a easy pace. I made sure to push myself on every hill and there are 4 hills in my usual 5k route, and then two more for the rest of the run. What a difference that made, my legs were very tired! My right ankle and foot are still bothering me from my sprain a while back. I ended up soaking my foot in ice-water for the first time in my life. I waited to run until after dinner and helping the kids with homework, it was 7:00 when I ran and the temp was ideal! I came across a lot more people than I have in a very long time while out running, must be that time of year. Smile

      HEY...that is what I had planned but this morning I had to head into work early so my run had to wait till later. Smile
