Upload from GPS Not Working (Read 31 times)

When I try to upload from GPS, it stays stuck on finding attached device. I have tried it on two different computers numerous times through the day. Has there been any change with the interface?

What model Garmin are you using? How are you trying to upload data? The preferred method is to upload to Garmin Connect through Garmin Express and using the Garmin Connect to Running Ahead integration to automagically move your data over.

If you are trying to use Garmin Communicator, it has gone past end of life. It appears Garmin may no longer be providing any support for it.

I was using the communicator and trying to upload directly from my connected device (Forerunner 220). I wondered whether a change in technology was the key. I'll set up the Garmin Connect and see if that helps.
