Fight The Future
I hate to admit it to myself, but it's happening to me. Somehow I thought I'd be exempt from old age!
Had my body fat measured again today (BodPod). Compared to a bit over a year ago, i've gained 2% body fat. That is not so bad, because I already knew my weight is up by a few pounds compared to last year, and I plan to diet over the next 4 weeks before my next race. The bad news is that, in spite of running over 3500 miles since last measurement, which is more than 8 miles per day on average, my non-fat body weight has decreased by 0.66 kg. Yikes, the muscle is just disappearing (unless that is actually brain tissue that has gone away - seems likely the more i think about it). Like they said in the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Time is Fleeting...

Yep, getting old really sucks.
But it beats the alternative.

Eh. It could just be the difference of a dump.
When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
!! Good point !!
(I'll try eating more bananas)
