Anyone using Results app by Runtastic?
What d you think?
i just started a few weeks ago
I am doing 5 min warm up and then 15 minutes arms on mon Thursday sat, and run on Tuesday wed fri sun
it seems good so far but I am new to it
wanted some strength training to supplement running
anyone else tried results or other experiences?
