Anyone else receiving messages like the one below? There was a weblink, too, but I figured the less that was copied around, the better.

How is your training going this year? I have a training program can make you a faster easy. What are you goals in 2010, would you like to run a sub 20 5k? Last year I ran a 1:16, Half Marathon in Fresno Ca easy. I am a runner and a personal trainer also.

I looked into this and this person has indeed sending unsolicited messages to several people, including you. I'm not sure what I should do about it at the moment, but I'll keep an eye out for him in the meanwhile.
