    Congratulations all of you for your accomplishments after all your struggles. As far as I'm concerned, you can reset your PR clock, and all your accomplishments count as PRs!

      I agree with everyone on the value of exercise for people with cancer. And every race and run post treatment is a PR!  I have never gotten my speed back after 3 years post my last cancer surgery. But I don't mind so much. It is not only rare to be running after/during cancer and its treatment, it is also rare to be running at my age.

      Suffering Benefiting from mature onset exercise addiction and low aerobic endorphin release threshold. Hoping there is no cure.
