Good Bad & The Monkey

    I prefer to learn by making things up. And then believing them.
      2-3 mile recovery for me. Yesterday was my longest run (5 miles) since an injury on November 3rd, so I need to take it easy today. Smile
      Well, a recovery day turned into a rest day. I'm not feeling too great, really tired. Sad Decided to have a few beers and take it easy instead. Smile

        Hello! First time jumping in posting a run. 30 minute run plus 21 minute walk for a total of 3.01 miles. Yes, I am slow. Wink OHR W3D1, done. W3D2 tomorrow. Big grin
