Someone here once posted a gem of a line that went something along the lines of "...my short, slow runs are what used to be my long, hard runs...".
Don't let the good feeling wear off too soon, you've earned it!
I've done my best to live the right way. I get up every morning and go to work each day. (for now)
Bottles...I like to see the glass go everywhere when I throw them at the wall.
I've been feeling like my runs were kind of boring recently -- now I'm seeing what I'm missing.
