Like my running is not improving, just my threshold for punishment increases. Smile Who was it that said that running doesn't get easier, you just get faster? This thing called running is very strange. Today I was very fatigued but I ran great. Some days I feel great but run like crap. This adventure in to learning your body and its' cycles is sure something Smile Thank you for letting me vent! Big grin
My race version is...I'm not improving my speed, I'm just learning to cope with more pain.
Makes perfrect sense to me, Chris. Vent away!

The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff
