OK, so how do you map a run that goes through the park or someplace that's not a road ? I know I used to be able to do it, but forgot how. Maybe I need to do it on mapmyrun.com.

Click the button that says "create route manually". Has a picture of an arrow pointing at a point on a map.

If you turn on Satellite view you can trace a trail thru a park using the Manual Route method.
