            OK, first thing you have to do is upload the image to photobucket.com. Once you have the picture loaded into an album, you will see a small blue "edit' above the image. Click it, and it will open the edit picture window for you. Choose the "basic" tab, and choose "resize" (next to crop) along the top of the Photo. The resize options will then display. Click the drop-down bar that says "Preset sizes" and choose the Large option (640 x 480). Below the picture, pick "Save a Copy" or "Replace Original" (your choice) Then link to the new image after you've resized it, as you would normally for any image. Hope that helps clear it up a little for you!
