Here, here. I'm not a physically nimble person in the morning either. Funny, last week I was just thinking on a 5-miler how much carbon monoxide I was inhaling from vehicle exhaust as traffic passed by me since I run on the roads here. Ironically enough, I went to a continuing ed class later that day for my EMT license and the topic was carbon monoxide poisoning. Go figure.

I was determined to run today. I got all the way down to the ocean's edge...it smelled like a bonfire and ash was falling from the sky. Dead

Day 3. Looks like I'm going to have to break down and find a gym somewhere close.
