I would like to add trail running to my running types, along with easy, tempo, hills, etc. Is there a way to do that besides making it a separate type of workout like bike, walk. I'd like it to be part of my running totals. I know there is a way to do it, but I couldn't figure it out myself.
Click on Settings (bottom left of Training Log page), then Manage My Activities > Run > New Workout Type . Give it a name and color, save and your done.
