    Dude, wow!! This is incredible. Check out this log - http://runningahead.com/logs/d08fa62dc20d47f5993af92bada54397 Notice the lonely "beer run" category? The one on 7/25/2008. It. Is. Unbelievable. That was the day this elite runner needed beer and needed miles. Catch that, he needed both. So what did he do? He just ran to the convenience store and lugged a 12-pack home. All while still staying under 10:00 pace. Incredible. Wow. Really, wow!! If it were me, I'd be very proud of that run. Heck, I'm even proud just to have met the fella. Wow. Dude.
