>Health and Nutrition>Cramping, post run, one side of body only
A few hours post run, when a calf cramps, or the arch of the foot, or the fingers of a hand, or the whatever muscle goes to a cramp -- is there any meaning to it always happening on the right side of my body? Never on the left.
mta: This is consistent, any post-run cramping is always right side of body. (not a one-time event)
I would run down the lane and into the night; Run so fast I swear my feet would fly; But the smell of the world came into my lungs; The sound of the gravel when my legs went numb; And my heart nearly burst right out of my chest...
I've never really thought about it before, but any time I have ever had a muscle cramp up during a race or after a run it has always been on the right as well. My right side is my weaker side. I can't really offer any insight though re: meaning.
