Severe chronic Pattelar tendonitis (Read 23 times)

Hello, I am currently suffering from sever chronic pattelar tendonitis. I have not been able to run much in two years because of this issue. I am here in search of advice. It is mainly my right knee which has the problem. The left knee occasionally bothers me, but for the most part is almost completely fine. Sometimes the tendinitis is so bad I have trouble walking more than 1/4 mile. Part of my problem has been that I have not given myself proper rest/ recovery (which I am planning to do now). I am currently waiting to see a specialist which will give me an ultrasound to tell me how bad the tendon is. I feel pretty stable on my feet and am not limping, but I have the constant tendon pain. I
