1st Marathon and your Marathon PR? (Read 357 times)

Random question... I was reading someone's blog earlier today and was like... YEAH RIGHT when they listed their current Marathon PR and their future goals... but then I was like... well... hell, WTF do I know?

So, prove me wrong tell me... what was your first marathon time and what's your marathon PR?

fwiw, I couldn't run/compete between the age of 33 and 45 because of nagging calf injuries or I believe I would have a much lower PR.

In my book 3:59:55 doesn't round up to a four hour marathon any more than 4:01 rounds down to running a four minute mile...though I get than the seconds are a lot more "in the noise" at the marathon than the mile.
