Outstanding! How's your weekly average holding up?
I am anxious to get back to the higher mileage game myself... but I've got a ways to go!
be curious; not judgmental
Do you find running daily, in a way, easier to do, than having off days mixed in your week?
May have missed how many days in a row you have been running?
Starting to think for myself, I need to run more often, maybe not every day, but definitely more, even if some of those days are only 1-3miles, and get more into a rhythm.
thanks, and awesome job!

PVM, his log says 232 days streaking!
DP, nice work on that streak and mileage! You are doing awesome!
(I do find streaking is easier than taking days off!)

Me too. You just do it; no thinking required.
Yea. I can't do days off....cause 1 day becomes 3 years and 70 lbs. Had some knee issues few weeks were I was hobbled, but things are going great now. Going to do a lot of milage 9ver winter to prep for Grandma's marathon next year. Running a half marathon tomorrow.
1:24:47 Half Marathon on Saturday. I'm finally "in shape."
Wow! You are speedy! Nice work!
And I have joined the running game 2020 and a goal of 3650 miles after a long year of grinding. :-) Looking forward to it, Meg.
