She was not strong. She was valiant. Radiant. Brave and broken. The beauty she discovered in the aftermath was unparalleled to anything she had known before, because it had come at such a cost.
Roads were made for journeys...
That's a fascinating physics/physiology question. I can think of ways in which either side of the road could cause that problem (throw the word "compensation" in there and you can explain anything). But, since Zoom is smart, I agree with her... Left leg knee will hurt when left side is higher (probably running on the right side of the road).
(But if you were compensating for the camber of the road... heheh)
I guess I was expecting it to be the other way around... Well, I'll watch out for the camber from now. I almost wish that was definitely the cause of the pain I was having last week as I can now work around it.
That's what happened to me. I felt the pain when the left leg was higher. I guess I was expecting it to be the other way around, that is, the left knee would hurt when that leg was lower as you would tend to lean and put more weight on it.
The one time I got ITBS it was from running on the right side... I think... Sorry can't be of more help here!
