Anyone else pee some while running? Wondering if other people have similar issues and what they do about it!

I've never had that issue, but my sister did after having her first child. Resolved after PT for pelvic floor muscles.

Also, I can't help but to note the irony of your username on here. I hope you find a resolution soon!

Yes I always worry about it. I stop drinking water about an hour before I run and I do 3 trips to the bathroom during the half hour before I run. It’s hard at races when there are a lot of people and portapotty lines are long
