Long term groin pain (Read 34 times)

    Hello!

    During this past track season, I messed up my right groin and pushed through it as the season was almost over. It got to the point though that I could barely move my right leg after long runs, and I never should’ve kept going. After the season I gave it a month and a half break and when I started running again it would still hurt after most runs (not long 1-maybe 3 miles). I then went through soccer season which contained a lot of running without any issue though. Now the soccer is over I tried to get back to running but it still hurts after runs (the left one sometimes even hurts too now). It seems to only hurt on runs though and never gives me trouble during soccer or other types of cardio. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or has gone through something similar?
