Does anyone have any detailed instructions on changing a polar A5 wrist unit battery? (Read 417 times)

I know the standard answer is to send it to the authorized service dealer but I really don't want to wait that long. I opened up the back to change it but got stuck on the battery housing case. If anyone out there has any suggestions on how to remove the old battery and install a new one I would really appreciate it. Thanks
