Goals for 2015:
Run 3 marathons (modified: Run 2 marathons--Lost Dutchman 02/2015 and Whiskey Row 05/2015)
Run a 50-miler (Ran a 53.8 mile race 11/14/2015)
Run 1,500 miles (uhhh...how about 1,400?)
Stay healthy
PBs since age 60: 5k- 24:36, 10k - 47:17. Half Marathon- 1:42:41.
10 miles (unofficial) 1:16:44.

So how'd that sub-5:00 mile go? Or was it sub-7:00? I forget.
Question about your goal, though....Do you really want to weigh 160? You're almost 6 feet tall (if my math is correct...71.5 inches = 5'11 1/2", right?) Maybe I'm completely wrong...And I don't know your body type...But that seems thin. Or maybe I'm delusional about what an ideal weight is....
