Charley Horse (Read 373 times)

    Got a Charley Horse last night at soccer, by way of a knee to my calf when another player fell on me...


    It is somewhat painful when walking, but I may be able to do my usual short run at lunchtime, I'll see in a couple hours.


    I'm wondering though if going for a run could make things worse or delay recovery?  Anyone has knowledge/experience on this?




      If it is somewhat painful while walking, I wouldn't jog yet.  Just some slow easy walking for now.
