Forums >Gears and Wears>Running shorts with built in "support."
Do you supplment them with additional "support" or run with just the built in support?
I find that additional support is needed (usually compression shorts), but others think that the built in liners are enough.
Thoughts?

I like the shorts with built-in compression liner. No additional "support" is needed.

But do they need a home over and above what comes built-in?
