Stress Reaction? (Read 2706 times)

Imminent Catastrophe

When  I started the recovery runs I did have some minor discomfort and it turned out to be OK.  The pain disappeared shortly into the runs.  Keep that in mind if you have to deal with a stress fracture at some point.

I was occasionally getting "phantom pain" for a long time after mine healed.

I think the main thing is to avoid very large loads! they must be gradual! and then everything will be fine
