From a novice runner to a horse runner, I spent 4 hours in 2 years. I won many medals and gained good health. Running makes my life very self-disciplined. Now I insist on running 4 days a week, 10-15 kilometers each time. Aerobic jogging is the main method. I don't forget my first heart. I run to the old age healthily. Come on! ! !
