Anyone have a good website concerning spine issues?

I've just look at this one. I'm going to see an orthopedist tomorrow and just wanted to make sure I did my best at communicating my issues to him.

I think the best thing to do is to tell him or her what is going on in your own words. You will probably be asked questions about when and how your problem started, what it feels like, what makes it better and worse (position, medicine, heat, ice, activities, etc). Do you have any shooting pain or pain elsewhere? Its best to use your normal, everyday language and be straightforward about whats going on.
How I feel these days...
This helps too!
