Okay, folks, has this ever happened to anyone else? I can be woken up at night with the cramps. Not bone-curdling pain, but very achy. Do you think that it's diet? miles? shoes? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Oh, it's closer to the toes than the heel. Thanks, Jilly

In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Looking at your log, it looks like you recently been running 2 or 3 times per week and that those runs have been for about 10 miles. Maybe you need more shorter runs to support the longer runs or get your weekly mileage in over 5 or 6 runs per week instead of 2 or 3.
When it starts happening to me, I just skip my daily banana and that seems to take care of everything.
Ever since I use after market insole, my foot crams went away.
