Wind is not my friend.
Am I missing something? Can I customize my own run types? I see "Tempo", "Fartlek", "Easy", "General Aerobic", etc. I thought I used to be able to customize these but I can't remember where?

Select the Options link in the far upper right.
Then, Manage My Activities to add/delete/modify workout types.
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
I saw that but didn't think to click on the button RUN. Ugh...thanks!
